Jeffrey Harmom	Was on time and very friendly. We had two stopped up sinks, one each in separate bathrooms that shared the same drain in the wall. He basically added a big pile of some sort of crystals to each sink. He then took two buckets full of hot water and added it to each sink. Once the crystals dissolved in the hot water, the clog was cleared. The negative part is a 30-45 minute job cost 185.00. A bit excessive in my opinion. I'm happy the crystals worked. Who knows what the cost would have been if he had to bring the snake in. We had another drain service before for the same problem and he charged us 90.00 for a 1/2 hr. We tried to use the previous drain guy again but he wasn't available because of a family medical emergency. I only post this in hopes that Pipeworks might re-think their service call charge.
