Starting with their estimator Jack who surveys the job and writes the contract to their installation crew and of course the awesome staff that handles the office are all a great set of people to do business with. I have used Nombach several times such as new gutter installation, back porch repair, exterior window treatment, tuckpointing a chimney and concrete work. All projects were done with the utmost care and with top professional treatment. Reasonable pricing for all projects. I highly recommend Nombach and will be using them for future projects. |
| Grizzly Country | Didn't get work done by this company, but I did get a estimate/quote. The estimate/quote process is why I didn't get any work done by this company. The way the process should work is guy arrives on time which usually means early enough to get to door on time. NOT DONE Next I should should walk around with the guy explaining what I want replaced/repaired. DID THAT Next knowing what I want the guy walks around taking measurements and pointing out what also might need to be repaired/altered along with the work getting done to facilitate the entire process. MEASUREMENTS WERE TAKEN, BUT THAT'S IT Next the guy should sit down with me to figure out what doors, windows, siding, gutters, etc I want installed along with color. DIDN'T DO THAT Then the guy can leave to start crunching numbers and write up a detailed estimate/quote which he will ensure that I get as fast as possible. DIDN'T DO THAT After a period of time longer than necessary requiring me to wonder where if they have my estimate/quote ready I should receive one that clearly states what work is to be performed, the options I chose and the exact cost I will pay with no surprises unless it was a problem he was unable to see until demolishing started. DIDN'T DO THAT |
