CSI Homes – Roofing Contractor in Cambridge, Illinois

I had CSI build a version of "The Shack" to house my massage business and I couldn't be happier. I knew that I wanted a local company and it was great that CSI was located right in town I"m in Cambridge. From start to finish, they were a joy to work with. Kim helped me create a design that I am absolutely in love with as are my clients. Every concern or question that I had was answered in a timely fashion. After the building was installed a surprisingly quick process that was afternoon entertainment for my two sons, there was a minor issue with doors not staying closed. Within hours of mentioning this to Kim the issue was resolved with a simple fix. The end result of my experience is a beautiful building that I am absolutely in love which has led to increased business for my massage practice.

I was at first concerned about building a modular home and WOW was I wrong with my concerns. After Kim explained how everything is built and then seeing it first hand being built, our family was more than impressed at the quality of the construction of our dream house. Our house was built indoors and never got the wear and tear of a "stick built" home due to weather, etc. The process was quick and Kim was extremely helpful and educational throughout the whole process. She helped us with the design, colors, cabinets, flooring, budget, and landscaping. She saved us money in all those areas, but never once cut a corner. Cannot say enough about the quality of the construction and our home. We were able to get everything we wanted and dreamed for at an excellent price. I normally do not ever post to reviews like these, but in this case, wanted to put ease to anyone who is thinking about building a CSI home. The customer service and quality of the product by far all out ranks any other builders we got quotes from and considered building our home. I know how big of an investment building a new home is and we are more than grateful to CSI for their services and making this whole process as stress-free as possible.

We purchased "The Cabin" in 2009. While we love the house and are for the most part pleased, the follow though on warranty work was very poor. We were told the kitchen cabinets were replaced with new ones while we were not there it is a second home, and they in fact never were- nor have been since. We felt we were lied to and since we had paid them in full, we were just ignored. We would look elsewhere if we were ever in the market for another home.
