Harry Carter Contracting Firm, LLC – Roofing Contractor in Carbondale, Illinois

After spotting new water stains on the bathroom ceiling, I spent more than a week waiting on callbacks from several other roofing contractors before finally contacting the Harry Carter Contracting Firm. Nathan texted me back 10 minutes later and was onsite within the hour. An hour after that a crew of four were on top of the roof replacing the vent pipe boots, one of which had cracked from the heat and another of which had apparently been chewed on by a squirrel. The crew did a great job for a reasonable price. I will definitely be contacting this firm first for any future roofing needs!

We had extensive damage from the hail storm of 2/2018. The company worked directly with the insurance adjuster and company. They brought samples of siding and roofing to the house so we didnt have to run all over picking out materials. We have a farm. There was also damage to several of our outbuildings. It was a huge project. They were here working everyday until all the work was done. I loved working with this company and I recommend them to everyone I know. If we ever need work done again we will definitely use this company again. Great people !

I can wholeheartedly say there is no other choice for home inspections.... he went to bat for us when we needed a new 20,000 roof and I am not sure we even lifted a finger. Easy, fast and humorous communication and he knows what he's doing having worked for insurance carriers handling claims for years. We were very concerned about having to pay for the roof, but he knew it was a claim that should be and as far as he was concerned, WOULD BE, paid by our homeowner's insurance carrier. It was, it is and we are breathing a sigh of relief. The roof and new gutters were quickly torn off and installed in 2 days and look magnificent. I give him the highest recommendation possible for the fantastic work he did for us. Again, there is no other choice when you need this type of work done. Trust him.
