John is a thief. Im getting my attorneys involved. Wish I could give ZERO stars. They stole over 3000.00 from us! We paid them OVER 3000.00 to tear off and replace the portion of our roof that was flat on our office to stop the leak in our patient rooms. After a month the roof leaked again. I called them and they came out and "fixed" the issue, they said they missed a loose nail. After another month it leaked again. I called again and this time they didnt return our calls. John is a thief and a scam artist. You have been warned.

I called again and this time they didnt return our calls. They NEVER answer the phone you will always get an answering machine. We had another roofing company come out and explained what was going on. They told us that the roof was never replaced, that it was just patched and he would have charged maybe 350.00 for the work we paid over 3000.00 for! We needed to have the roof replaced again by another company for another 3000.00. STAY AWAY FROM CHICAGO ROOF MASTERS. They are a sham of a "company".

Nice guys, horrible repair. They attempted to repair my roof on my home and garage and BOTH continued to leak. Called them and they attempted to repair it again and it continued to leak. I paid over 2500 for a asphalt aluminum reflective coat which will reflect the sun but does nothing for rain. As a recommendation to anyone who thinks that these guys know what they are doing, think again. I would recommend that you skip this company.
