I hired DMG for a year for one of my newly acquired small properties. Getting Initially setup was smooth and I felt valued. However over time it changed as the charges was rolling in and a unit was sitting vacate. I never saw a report for prospect tenants but I would always get a report for my charges. I did sign up for the 8.5 contract, any time a tenant calls its 7, a visit to the building was minimum 90, as well as charges for the vacant unit, which they never found a tenant. Over time this became annoyance as well as getting a return call from the higher-level people. It took for me to cancel the renewing of my contract to get that initial treatment from beginning. Pablo did offer to return all fees if I did sign a new contract but at this point, I was already over this treatment. After cancelling the contract back in October, I am now just getting the security despite for my current tenant after making over 20 calls and being told its on the way.
