capc187 .	Fred is the owner of this business. He came in to fix a major leak in my house that had destroyed the ceiling in my dining room. He didn't glue all of the PVC connections, so 5 months later I have more water damage. When I contacted him about the issue, Fred said he would be over to fix it. Here it is 5 days later, he never showed up and he now will not answer my calls. I had to get someone else to fix the issue and repair all the damage. I reported him to BBB. This guy is not a plumber, he's a thief. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!
