I had a Bathroom vent that wasn't installed properly on the roof from another Company. I called this Company and another roofing company to come out and get a quote and summary of what the issue was. The 2nd roofing company was wonderful and helped us resolve the issue with the original company. This Company just swayed and told us that they would send us a quote but doesn't want to get involved. I told them they wouldn't be involved in any legal action. They responded with letting us know they would send us a quote. That happened 5 days ago 2 of them was Saturday and Sunday. We called later that day to see if we can get a rush on the quote.The secretary said she would let her boss know. We never received that quote. Only positive thing I could say is that they came earlier than scheduled time. But overall for a Customer Service based Company it is horrendous plus they won't come out for small fixes unless you are willing to pay at least 200 which I understand but I have learned never to say things like that because it makes the customer feel like his/her problem issue not worth your time unless your willing to fork over money. If you have an issue like I had or have a small fix don't go to this company they are not worth your time or your money.
