Bryan Fair	About a year ago at this point......i contacted gold standard to replace my roof. I worked with Drew. Overall, i am 70 pleased. The roof install was very good and timely. The clean up was pretty good but there was certainly no magnetic clean up as i found well over 100 nails around my property after completion. My watch out for all is to make sure you verify all work was completed before writing the final check shame on me. Included in the scope of work was to re-caulk the seems of my 3 season roof. In the spring time when a leak was found in the 3 season room, i went and verified the caulking and noticed that it was never doneleak was unrelated. I have been unable, after numerous messages back and forth, to have this work completed. I finally told Drew to not worry about it as i was done dealing with it. Plus he referenced at one point that he told his guys to tar it which is not caulk...... These problems wouldn't exist if the project coordinator actually walked the completed job to ensure the entire scope of work was completed.
