| Cathy Alexander | Terrible service! Called them to trap a commercial building of a client of mine after tornado and storms came through the area. The guy, Kerry, said they would get someone right over to look at the roof and let me know if it could be tapped or if there was something else that could be done. The owner of the building called several hours later asking when they would be out, she was waiting at the building. I called the company again and left a message to please call me with an update and or ETA. I received a call from my client the next morning wanting to know if roof was tapped so I called this company and Kerry answered the phone, I asked him if he got the roof taped at the commercial building. At first he acted like he didn't remember me, then he said oh yeah I talked to my boss and they don't make a tarp that big. I asked him why he didn't call me and let me know that they weren't going out or didnt want to bother so I could have gotten a company that actually cares about doing good business and he hung up on me. Never would call or refer this company! |
