JB&D Siding & Window – Roofing Contractor in Galesburg, Illinois

We got our roof replaced last November by jb&d but we still can't get them to send us a warranty certificate. We have contacted sales rep. Russell Ruey multiple times in regard to this but still no help. Can anyone assist us?

Very poor customer service Aug 28th I got an estimate to do The Gutter Helmet.I was informed that since I had a metal roof they would need a special bracket to do the install. They wanted to do the job within 2 weeks. I told them i would be out of town the latter part of Sept. Never heard from them until someone in the office noticed the account wasn't closed out. I told them they never did the work. I received a call from the sales person saying the brackets were on back order because of the hurricane. Oct 8th got a call saying the brackets would be in on Friday they would call me Monday to install the the helmets that week. No call. Oct 28th got a call saying they could come the next day that didn't really work for me but i thought if not tomorrow who knows when? I get home on Tuesday and no work was done. Called the company and was told they didn't have the right ladder. The sales person mentioned they would need a special ladder because of the slope of my yard and being 2 stories on one side. Did that vital information not get past on to the workers? Was told they would be back the next day I really doubted this because it was supposed to snow. When they did not come back I received a call informing me that my roof had to high of a pitch and that couldn't walk the roof to do the install and the brackets wouldn't work without building out the gutters. I really don't understand my roof has not changed since August. I really hope they make things right by getting my refund check to me in a timely manner but I'm not holding my breath. Nov 14th is 10 business days.
