M&T Exteriors, Inc. – Roofing Contractor in Geneva, Illinois

We are extremely satisfied with the the work performed by M& T Exterior. We had a complete roof tear off of two layers of shingles, replacement of several pieces of plywood, removal of two attic fans and new roof shingles installed. They also added additional blown in insulation in the attics. All work was completed in less than a day. The landscaping was protected and they did a good job cleaning up. They came back within two days to install new gutters and downspouts. Job well done.

We had an unfortunate mistake at our property where the wrong adhesive was sprayed on the front of our brick home by M&T Exteriors to try and stop a leak entering our home. Despite the mistake, Tommy stood by his work and he hired a brick cleaning company to fix the mistake. Also, Tommy personally came out and cleaned our windows where the adhesive could not be removed by normal cleaning materials. Tommy owned up to the mistake made by one of his employees and made sure the job was completed correctly. I applaud him and Mary Lynn for “doing the right thing” and fixing the problem. M&T is a company you can trust and they do very good work. Mistakes happen and you just fix them and move on. Job well done!
