| Corrina Cole | They came for the evaluation and told me what it would cost. They told me 4 to 6 weeks. Neck called me 2 days prior to the job and put the permit for me to put up. Told me they would be there at 730 - 8 am. They were here on time. They put the drop cloths down to protect my bushes. I asked them to put some rain guards up for me they said sure. Took them less than a day and it is all done. It looks fantastic. If I ever need them for anything I sure would use them again!!!. Great job gentlemen!! |
| Erica Farman | I've had some work done last year and Sharper Homes was great. Different story now! I contacted them in June to have a soffit put up. The secretary stated she will send someone out to the house. Several weeks went by with no communication or work done. I ended up calling them 3 more times and I would get an excuse each time. One of the times, she ended up hanging up on me when I told her my name. I've been nothing but polite and patient with them. I understand this is a small job but a small job can result to big jobs! Next summer, I'm going to need to get a new roof that's going to cost around 19,000 which I WAS going to have them do it. Due to the horrible customer service and lack of communication, they have lost ALL my business! This is ashame because my family has brought alot of business their way! |
