The owner Sam was responsive and came out the day after I placed the call to their office. The permit was secured quickly with the City, he was familiar with the codes, and was able to add roofing insulation and repair some other items that were not initially included in the bid added later via supplements that helped improve the roof job. Job site was left clean. Some confusion toward the end with regard to invoice total but ultimately was worked out satisfactorily. |
