| Amber Willis | I called them yesterday morning needing a sewer clean out. A tech called us in 2 hours after talking to receptionist. The tech said he couldnt do the job and called his buddy from another company to have him come out and take care of it. The guy never showed up and the tech said at 7 pm he would grab the machine and come out and do it for us himself.....no one ever came out and we stayed up until 11 pm....i am never calling this company again. Customer service was ok but we were told someone was going to come out and they never did. I could've had a different company come out and had it taken care of and be able to use my toilets and drains. Very unprofessional. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. |
| Shirley Johnson | I had ordered RTA cabinets and countertops for my kitchen. The original contractor informed me that he couldn't install them. He thought they were ready to hang. Very depressed I called Goodberlet and was very impressed by the friendliness of the ladies on the phone. What started as some electric work for the new dishwasher and over the range microwave turned into a full gut with new flooring, paint, electric, plumbing , the works. They are truly a one stop shop. Andy and Steve's team were very clean and professional. Kitchen came out outstanding! I have included a pic in photos. White metro gloss. |
| Marc Mayotte | Purchased a new gas furnace/air conditioner from Goodberlet last month. Andy was very knowledgeable and offered many choices. Installers were prompt and courteous. Andy had promised ducts would be cleaned as part of purchase price but had to be rescheduled. Duct cleaners came on time and did a great job! Very satisfied! |
