Once we made contact there were quick to say they take care of the problem, thank you. But they did not have the part in stock and that it would ship out first week of May. I have no heard anything from there since, I have called and left a least one message a day, sent numerous emails and submitted numerous online requests. I even sent them a message through Facebook I have not heard a thing back from them. Completely unacceptable! |
| Richard Pedretti-Allen | I'd give zero stars if I could. I bought a wireless thermostat but couldn't change the day on it. I called the "Support" phone number and never got a human. It always went to voicemail. I left over ten polite messages over a span of two weeks, explaining what was wrong and left my name and phone number and _NEVER_ received a call back! Nothing. I hope these people fall down stairs and I also hope it is caught on video and posted to YouTube. These people and their products are a waste of carbon. |
