Next, he checked the location of the leak inside the house, went up to check the roof and finally in the attic to verify his hypothesis that the leak was being caused by the soil stacks. Even though my roof is about 20 years old he did not try to scare me into replacing it, instead he reported his findings and explained in detail what he was going to do to fix the problem. He also noted cracked caulking around vents and some boots and resealed them as well, all at what I consider a very reasonable price. Based on my experience I highly recommend Josh to anyone in need of a professional roofer's services. Great job and thanks again Josh! |
