Roofing Systems – Roofing Contractor in Loves Park, Illinois

We own a large office building in Janesville WI that has a flat rubber roof. We used Roofing Systems in the past to make repairs on a very old roof. When we made the decision to replace the roof we automatically called Roofing Systems because of their previous good service. We paid in excess of 100,000 dollars for a new roof. They did a very good professional job for us and initially we were very happy. Happy until a very large rain storm and oh no we had a leak. We called and they came back, we could find no cause so they blamed a leaky rooftop unit. We sealed the rooftop unit all up and thought we were good. Until the snow melted in spring and wow another leak. They came to inspect and again blamed the rooftop unit. We did more to the unit and sealed everything they suggested. ^months go by and WOW another leak. They came back and still could find nothing. They again said rooftop unit. This went on for about two years and became very frustrating for both parties involved and also the tenant who rented from us. The next time it leaked we went to the roof to try to pinpoint the problem. After a few hours we narrowed it down to a small area and we called them back. THey came and found a small slit in the roof and finally fixed it with a patch. We finally were both happy antil a couple weeks later and got the 400.00 bill in the mail. This leak was there from the very the day they received our 100,000 dollar check. This is just bad business on their part and I would never recommend them to anyone.
