Reynolds Roofing replaced our roof last week and did an outstanding job. Justin Simmons was our project manager and was attentive to every detail, spending quite a bit a time overseeing the delivery of materials and the roofing crew. The roofers showed up on time and literally worked dawn to dark. We are pleased with every aspect of our new roof, from the bidding process to installation of the new roof. Dealing with Patrick was a very good experience. I had hail damage and this was my first insurance claim as a homeowner and he took care of everything and made sure that everything was covered under my insurance claim. It was a very smooth process and I would definitely recommend!

I have dealt with Dave and Christian either by phone or in person, and I have to say they are just all around nice and respectful people. If I have a question or concern, they're on top of things. I worried I was calling too much, becoming a pest, but they assured me I wasn't. They want their customers happy. The crew they sent to install a new roof did an excellent job, and the two men, Bruce and Kenny, who fixed my soffit, which was damaged by wind and further exploited by nesting starling birds, made it look brand new again. I'm extremely happy, but I gotta say I've seen some pretty mad birds ever since they removed their empty nests and sealed up their intrusive entrances. I felt bad for them, so I made DIY bird houses to hang in a nearby tree. Definitely a happy ending for all.
