Jeff from New American came by after inspecting hones in our neighborhood for hail damage. he looked over our roof and found lots of damage. He handled everything with the insurance and with great professionalism! Once our claim was approved he took care of having supplies ordered and delivered. They came out the next day and did the roof which was painless and super fast! They tarped all around the house so almost no debris was found after they left! Great company ! Had the roof estimate done in late July but insurance company took a quite a while to provide funds. New American was able to find a day in November to complete the job in one day instead of waiting out the winter. Roof looks incredible. Crews were incredible. Jeff the sales guy was in constant contact with us throughout the process to make sure we were treated right - great guy. Highly recommend New American Home Improvement.

New American Home Improvement came to my home and offered to do a complimentary inspection of my roof, which was damaged due to the 2019 hail storms. They were very thorough in showing me the damage, and what needed to be replaced / repaired. They than managed the whole process of contacting my insurance company, getting the insurance companies approval for the replacement / repairs, and doing the work to a very high standard and with the best quality materials completed in October 2019. Very satisfied with everything about New American Home Improvement and would use them again and strongly recommend them to all. Extremely professional organization and staff. 5 Star!!!
