Bella Vista General Contractors is the best home repair service/ business I've had. Extremely responsive and very reasonable pricing - I very much appreciated their honesty and the ease in doing business with Robert. In addition, scheduling was prompt, efficient, and reliable. Most importantly, they did a good job faster than estimated redoing the grout in our bathroom, which looks good as new. Highly recommend!

I have given >6 months for adequate resolution. Bella Vista came to give estimate. They seemed nice, so I hired the company for my repairs. The men placed a tarp on the leaky hole in my roof, which is still in place. My insurance provided me 1700, which was given to Bella Vista and my work was never completed. I have requested my money back on multiple occasions, with NO response. State Farm has also contacted the company and, basically, explained that they cannot force the company to return the money, despite Bella Vista's lack of consistency and communication with me. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company, at this time, until they learn morals and values. I am on a fixed income and on medical disability, so stealing the little bit of money that I do have and not completing the work is just simply unprofessional. I have called, written letters and reported to BBB, still with NO resolve from the company. I simply want my money refunded.

Mike did a great job making our kitchen floor, master bathroom floor, guest bathroom floor, and master bathroom shower look brand new. The price was very reasonable and his work truly made our home look sooo much nicer. I would definitely hire them again in the future! Mike made the process of getting a quote and scheduling so easy, and we found Bella Vista General Contractors to be very reliable and easy to work with.
