At first they were very helpful. They came out to assess recent storm damage to see if it merited a claim on my insurance. I received a call that the work would be extensive enough based on my deductible. So I filed a claim and had them come out again thinking he would explain to the insurance adjuster the issues he found that needed to be resolved. When the adjuster came, A+ just stood there and didn't say anything to the adjuster. I was expecting him to vouch for me, and he did nothing. The report came back that they were only going cover the front half of the roof, which was unacceptable because there was damage on the back roof and the shingles wouldn't match and be 15 years different in age. I asked A+ to come out again to get more evidence of this, and they said they would bring shingles out to show that they wouldn't match. I was pleased until they didn't come like they said they would. They told me on Wednesday, they would be there Friday, but on the following Thursday, they hadn't come. They apologized, and said they would be out soon. They never ended up coming, and they never called me back, ever. I decided to look for a different roofer who found damage in the rear face of my roof and got everything covered from my insurance. It was the missed damage they found, lack of communication on my behalf for the insurance, and the multiple missed appointments that merit this single star.
