I called to setup an appointment to check out a roof leak, due to snow Monday had to reschedule i had to call them to reschedule as i never received a call as snow was falling, rescheduled for today no call no show for the appointment, it took 2hrs for them to answer after roughly 6 calls to find out the status, once they answered they asked to reschedule again. I wasted a vacation day to be there for the appointment. I would not recommend Naperville Roof Repair, I found someone else to go with.
