Tom from the beginning was straightforward and responsive to multiple estimate requests. After my second round of estimates I decided to go with presidential. They were not my cheapest estimate but in the lower half and based off a recommendation I chose them. The crew arrived slightly earlier than estimated which was great and work promptly began and ended in a couple of days. Great quality work and went above and beyond what was in the contract really. Once the left you wouldn't notice they were there other than the new roof. It is such a relief to have a roofer you can trust. You can trust Tom and Presidential.

Tom and crew were fantastic! From start to finish the commutation was fantastic. The quality of their work is top notch- and I say this after getting a roof on my first house and years later a new roof on second house. They cleaned up everything perfectly too. I highly recommend them.

Tom and his team were awesome! We bought a new roof and gutters for our townhome in roselle. His team had the job done in one day and the work was quality! There was a rotten board on the roof that was part of the siding that was left over after they installed the new roof. I asked Tom about it and even though the board was not part of the "roof" he volunteered to come out and replace it so my HOA wouldn't give us a hard time. He really went above and beyond! The only criticism I really have is that the roofers kind of randomly show up without letting you know they're coming. A call the day before would have been nice but this is typical of many contractors. Highly recommend Tom & his team at Presidential Roofing!
