Patriot Builders was working on a neighbors house to help repair a damaged roof from a hail storm. Dmitriy, stopped over because he noticed hail damage from the same storm on my roof. I was very reluctant at first and ask him to come back twice. Eventually, I gave him a shot and let him get up on my roof to do a thorough inspection. I'm really glad I did. There was hail damage not only to my roof but also my windows. Dmitriy, helped me through the process with my insurance company, and most of the time just worked directly with them, which made the process a lot roaster as it was my first claim. Dmitriy also worked with my insurance adjuster that came out and everything was taken care of from there. The roof and several windows were replaced and couldn't appreciate Dmitriy or my insurance company more. Both were fantastic in helping getting my home restored. Glad I eventually let Dmitriy do his inspection, only negative is a wish I would have done it sooner.

I called them and they came out in a timely fashion, explained to me in detail what needed to be done with my roof and helped me with the whole claim process.
