Frustrating when something doesn't get fixed right the first time they did make it right and not try to charge extra for any of the following visits. I'm not as mad as I was when I saw water still leaking after the first repair, and I can't rant and rave about their work either. Price seemed fair based on other reviews I've read from other companies. I guess the key here is everyone is human and at least they fixed their mistake. NOTE: I did wait for 3 heavy rains before posting this to make sure all was well.
