In May 2019, as a result of a hailstorm, my home sustained extensive damage. I contacted Advantex and Jeff, the VP of Sales made an in-home visit to explain the restoration process. I am happy to say that I am completely satisfied. Advantex worked with the plan provided by my insurance. From start to finish, Jeff was continuously involved and responsive. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns in a prompt, professional, and thorough manner. Jeff and Jim from Advantex were great! They worked tirelessly with my insurance company and their adjustors to get my roof replacement approval. While we did lose that battle, they did do a great job of replacing siding ,gutters, and downspouts. My siding was a difficult color match, but they were able to match it perfectly. Installers were very careful not to destroy landscaping and cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend Advantex Restoration.

Scott, a local Advantex Restoration manager, promptly inspected the roof, provided a detailed report regarding the necessary roof repair and replacement, as well as additional items for consideration. Scott explained the recommended materials and procedures that Advantex would use. I was impressed and convinced that these materials and procedures were much better than the previous roof installations that were done years ago. Scot has been extremely helpful in deciding what needs to be done and in working to support me to obtain the most favorable insurance claim.
