Just had my roof replaced and I I liked that every step of the process was clear and communicated. And then on top of that, the work was done exceptionally well and the workers cleaned up beautifully. I have yet to find even one staple or nail anywhere. I really appreciated the follow up from our project manager. Having a project manager made it feel as if the company was really paying attention and providing nothing but the best. My roof is amazing and the service is unmatched. I would highly recommend this company.

I requested information online about a quote and got a call the same day. Then from the time the salesperson came to my house to the time the job was complete was faster than it took to even get quotes from the competitors around the area. The job was done fast and very well. The whole experience with having Colonial Roofing Systems do both roof and gutters was seamless and pain free. I had my roof replaced in Massachusetts by Colonial Roofing Systems prior to their move to Illinois. Rich was well presented and very well prepared when he arrived in his company truck to quote my roof. He explained the replacement process, offered shingle options/colors and suggestions while pointing out problem areas to help alleviate future issues. He checked, measured, measured again, worked up a fair quote and start date and time. On the Day of the work he and his crew arrived early, hit the ground running. These guys did not stop even though the day was fairly warm. The job went smoothly, and was completed on time and budget. Aside from the new AMAZING looking roof, you could not even tell that they were there. Not a lost nail or piece of old shingle could be found. We have extensive landscaping in the front of our house and not a single leaf or branch was disturbed. I highly recommend Rich and Colonial Roofing systems for any roof project you might have. From start to finish this was as professional as one can get.
