Very good experience. No drama, low stress. Was the only one of four bids to a actually go on the roof of the garage to inspect and measure; b show me insurance documentation; c speak about handling city permitting; and d deliver the estimate right then and there, in person on the initial visit. Would most certainly hire again and recommend.

K&S recently replaced the roofs on our house and our garage. They also installed new gutters and downspouts and two sun tunnels. They did a fantastic job from start to finish - everything looks great and improved the overall appearance of our property. Steve personally oversaw the job and was meticulous from start to finish. He pointed out options for improvements and enhancements and used top grade materials. The job was scheduled promptly and his crew arrived on time and completed the roofing project in one day! A separate team came the following week and installed the new the gutters. Both teams were courteous and took great care to protect our property and landscaping and clean-up after themselves. Steve and Katie kept in close communications with us before, during and after the project. They delivered on everything as promised for the agreed upon price. And, my wife and I really enjoyed working with them - they're truly nice people. This was a great contractor experience - I'd definitely use them again.
