This company is the best! We had what was thought to be a simple 1/2 day job... turned in to a two full days job. They were very hard working and patient and continued to work to fix the problem until they were done. Their pricing is SUPER fair, WAY better than if you were to go with a big plumbing company, who charges more than double... They are very communicative and helped me feel comfortable in using them. I was hesitant to do the job because it involved ripping up my floor and dig a 5 ft deep hole in my family room. They not only did a great job at keeping the mess contained, but the house was cleaner after they left, then when they came! Eric is definitely the best for your plumbing job, big or small, and even put something in place to easily fix this problem, should it happen again! I'm definitely a very satisfied customer!

I called North Coast knowing that they were formerly Welter Plumbing out of Morton Grove. Talked with Debbie. She was very empathetic and familiar with my problem as I attempted to describe my plight to her; sewage backing up to house. Very awful. She said she would call me back in 10 mins and it was 5 mins later that she called. I was informed someone would be at my house to resolve same day. In fact, less than 1 hour later, a crew was there and had the sewer system fully operational in less than 1 hour. This place is the best. Strongly recommended. Keep up great work and service.

I called at 7:45am because of sewer backup into house, James and crew from North Coast rolled up at 8:30am. He reviewed the issue, routed the lines, cleared blockage within an hour. They also replaced some pipes needing repair. Honest and fair pricing. I have now found my go to plumber.
