| Susan Wingate | Put a new roof on 5 years ago, 1 year later we had a leak in our bathroom coming from the attic. Found it coming from the bathroom vent, called them out here they tried to tell us an animal chewed the vent pipe up. Come to find out they put the wrong size on. They did correct it. But we discovered a leak on one side of our fireplace, a slow one, but it's now gone through to the living room ceiling and wall. Called them out, paid 85 to have a guy tell me it's the siding causing the leak. He put caulking around part of the fireplace. Keep in mind the siding hasn't moved and is fine. So now we have to pay another company to pull up the roof and fix the flashing, which is what I suspected from the beginning. There is a small leak where the flashing may have been moved during the new roof being put on. Another 1200.00 to fix it because the shingles have to be removed and the wood is rotting. Not happy. |
