If I could give "0" stars, I would. I reached out to several contractors for pricing on a few very minor electrical and plumbing repairs that came from an inspection related to the sale of my home. I selected Copper Ridge because they were fairly competitive in their estimate. Problem one was getting on their schedule. They couldn't get me in for a week and a half, but that was an acceptable time before closing. Getting them to commit to that date and an actual window for arrival proved far more difficult. It took two emails, two phone messages and two text messages to finally get a response from somebody. I chased them for almost 5 days to confirm. They were supposed to show up this morning between 8am-10am and at 9:15am I got the call that everybody dreads. They were NOT coming at all because their technician couldn't get his truck started. They wanted to TRY and schedule me for next week. I explained that it had to be done today, I was running out of time to get the work done, I had taken off work, etc. I asked if they could perhaps send a different technician given my situation, and she said that they were all booked. I asked if they would be willing to ask another customer to cancel so that my time sensitive issue could be dealt with they obviously had no problem canceling my appointment, and they finally fessed up that they didn't have any other technicians serving the area. I asked if they could rent a vehicle to come as my repairs were minor and didn't require most of the "equipment" on their truck. Gave them a few hours to resolve and they didn't. So, I called up Ben Franklin plumbing and got in TODAY! I would never call Cooper Ridge again, as their follow up is non-existent, they're clearly unreliable and make no effort to try and meet their obligations to the customer. Call somebody else.

This company is very unresponsive. I purchased a home recently and Copper Ridge was paid 2,250 at closing to complete repairs from the home inspection. It's been 6 weeks, the check was cashed but my repairs still haven't been completed. I've called and talked with Samantha several times. She says she unaware of the list of repairs needed on my home. Samantha says Mike will call me but I have yet to receive a call from him. My experience with Copper Riddge has been very frustrating so far!!!

Aaron, the technician who came to our home, was punctual and courteous. More importantly, he was honest and competent. Our water heater had a very simple malfunction. He was completely honest about it, rather than trying to charge me for something much bigger. They were able to come out the same day when other companies couldn't. We will definitely call Copper Ridge again.
