| Stacie Frick | Second time I've used RCV Roofing. First time was 2015 and this time was equally as awesome! So very easy to work with. I have a couple of rental properties that are over an hour away from me and because everyone at RCV is great at communicating quickly and effectively, the entire process was a breeze. We had a tree fall on the house, the insurance adjuster only caught damage on the back side. The roof was so old we went ahead and had entire roof replaced with insurance only planning to pay for the back half. As part of RCV's standard procedure they clearly documented with pictures the condition of roof before they replaced anything and advised in writing their thoughts on the damage that was definitely found to the front of roof. I was able to submit RCV's documentation to my adjuster to get the entire roof paid for AFTER the roof had already been replaced. Since I was never on site to view the damage myself, I was very thankful RCV did such a great job up front and all the way thru the entire process! Wouldn't use anyone else! |
