| Brandon Morrison | I recently had a compressor replaced that was under warranty through Trane. I decided to go with Complete Comfort because they had great reviews and I have had awful experiences in the past with other companies. The quote seemed high so I asked what was the reason and was told that it was because a vacuum needed to run for hours to clear the lines of moisture and it would be at least a 5-6 hour job. Our money is very tight so I asked if they could do any better and was told this was the lowest they could go. The technician completed the job it 2 hours 45 minutes. I asked if the quote would be adjusted and was told no and that it was a “blanket price” that covered everything and they wouldn't give a breakout of the cost. This was not explained when I asked at the beginning. They said that it was their best tech and he can complete jobs faster, but that doesn't explain why the vacuum didn't run as long as they had previously told me. I asked for a call from the manager so I could get answers to my questions, but have received no call. It all seems pretty dishonest to me so I will steer clear of using them in the future. |
