We called Bone Dry on a Wednesday and my roof was fixed the next day. The gentlemen that came out to give us the quote and do the repair work were honest, safe, and punctual. They replaced the parts with higher quality than previously existed and explained to us exactly why and why we would benefit from these changes. When the quote came back we were blown away by the price because it was so much lower than we had expected with the high quality of materials. We can't thank them enough for their work.

Every step of the process was efficient and thorough. From the initial meeting where Ryan was patient and answered all my questions to the end of the roof replacement when Geraldo walked the property with me and showed me what an awesome job him and his team did on the roof and cleaning up.

This was the best experience from start to finish! They guided me through the insurance process and Ruben Chavez and his roof crew were top notch from professionalism to work performed and including cleanup. Quality products were used and roof looks great! What I really liked was how Trevor of the Sales team communicated and coordinated with Ruben's team and there was no gap in communication.
