| Mandy Daep | This company is a joke and needs to be SHUT DOWN. Doesn't deserve 1 star. My "out of town" client scheduled an appointment for roof inspection and replacement quote. Their website says open 9am-8pm 7 days a week. The appointment was scheduled for Sunday between 12-4pm. Someone had to wait for them. They didn't show and the following afternoon still had not heard from them so my client called and he was told that the weather didn't permit so they needed to reschedule. Not knowing, my client rescheduled and called me to tell me. THE WEATHER WAS A PERFECT 68 and sunny, so I called!!! He then told me that it was after hours ? and a contractor had a blow out on the highway and that was their only concern. I said okay, couldn't call that afternoon or the next day to let us know? Nope, that was our only concern!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! |

Chevy came out to check the leak and from the roof he seen other issues that were not serious yet but without care could of been . He took pictures to show me exactly what was going on , very friendly and honest. Would recommend!!!! |
