| Peggy Bliss | Jim Buckner is not customer friendly. My husband came to order a part on Monday. On Friday we called once in the morning and then in the afternoon. We got two stories. The employee on the phone was not pleasant and stated that Jim did not even order it yet. Then Jim gets on the phone at states it was ordered, but it did not come in on the UPS truck. Jim did not care to lose face or our business. He wanted to be right. Now, due to his lack of professionalism, we have to pay for a completely new faucet. He did not care that he costs us more money. This is not the way to do business and it is a buyer beware kind of place. |
