I was impressed with the work that was done. Josh was the rep, he came out and gave me a quote and then continued to follow up with me and answer any questions by text and call. The crew was professional and communicated exceptionally well with me. They did a great job cleaning up and we're respectful of my property.

Arnett Construction was so wonderful to work with. Professional from start to finish. I was amassed at how fast they got my old roof off and the new roof on in one day. Plus they were so careful with all my plants and bushes near the house. I was impressed that when they were all done they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone. Since having my new roof replaced after the hail and wind storm I have had no issues with it, since 2015. This winter and Spring with the strong wind one piece of metal blew off so I alphabet to figure out how to get up there and attach it back on. Most likely I will need to replace the piece as it is bent from the wind. But I am so impressed as was my neighbor's. Arnett Construction did many of my neighbors homes too since that storm in July 23. Thanks Arnett Construction for being fast, friendly and professional in a difficult time for me.

Had a hail roof replaced on my home. During the demo process parts of my pergola were knocked off. I called immediately that night to inform them to get the pieces out of their dumpster before it left which was not done. Now it has been a month and a half with no replacement pieces in sight. Was told they could not find them anywhere online and they have not even went to a big box store to look. In a month and a half time I have not been kept informed of what is going on and only replied to when I try to contact them to find out what is going on.
