J&B West is professional and trustworthy from start to finish. The quote was detailed and informative, the crew showed up early and finished the same day, cleaning up as they worked. The next two days, different employees stopped by to check and make sure everything was done right, and they made two follow-up calls later to check again. I'm so impressed with this company and HIGHLY recommend. Also, the price was literally HALF what another company wanted to charge us. We love our new roof!

We requested multiple quotes to replace our roof and J & B West had the most competitive quote-price and services provided. It was a pleasure working with Llogan to review the quote and pick out shingle colors. Great customer service did not stop there. John and his team arrived on time and worked tirelessly to get our 3,000 sq ft roof done in one day! They took precautions to protect our house and plants and cleaned up all the debris thoroughly! There were also some areas of the roof where the previous roofer had taken shortcuts on tucking in flashing and it was an eyesore! J&B West listened to our concerns and fixed each of these eyesores! I will always recommend J & B West for anyone who has roofing needs. We are very happy with our new roof!!

Every person I spoke with or came in contact with was courteous, polite and professional. They gave me EXCELLENT samples to choose from, have quality products and outstanding warranties on product and labor. My roof was done in a day, the crew was awesome, Eric was the crew leader and communication was key to make sure I understood everything and had no questions. Clean up was perfect!
