Over time, the way rain has been pouring over the gutter, it has ruined our wood siding and a window, and now have rain coming into the window. They sent someone out to look at the situation; he said he'd have to go back and talk to the owner about it. We have called several times to speak to the owner to get this repaired/resolved. The office girl says she'll put a note on his desk. We haven't gotten a call back in a week. We expect a return call and this fixed. We should also be compensated for the damages to the house.
