Clean up holy cow what a great job, they put back every item that was moved and also ran a magnet over the entire yard to make sure all nails was picked up. My house was their house during the roofing making the necessary fixes to resolve issues. The management and crew looked at the decking and replaced the damaged ones. Rerouted my bathroom vent. Re-flashed an area causing a water leak inside. It was a highly personalized experience. They completed the entire roof in one day, hammering nails in every shingle. The clean-up of debris was done quite well, collecting the nails with magnets. The outcome was a fantastic job the newly shingled roof looks great and roof back to doing its job! |
