I didn't actually get a project done by this company. However, I did request a quote for a small brick repair. I was very taken aback by the gentlemen's response. Communications were through text and very untimely and at late hours. It took a few days to get response back from the voicemail I left. Once he did respond I texted back questions that he responded back exactly 24 hours later. When I sent him additional pictures and information he then informed me that whoever installed the original bricks on this home "should be slapped". He also used other profanity. he didn't necessarily direct anything towards me but I have never and would never talk to a customer like this. If this is how he handles meeting new customers I can't imagine his professionalism is on point in any other department.
