| Cameron Carroll | I called A&M Home services about looking into waterproofing one side of my basement. They sent out Kenny Stevens to come out to my house and look at the issue I was having. He took pictures of the inside of the part of my basement that was having problems and the outside area of my basement too. Once he was done taking pics and analyzing everything that needed to be done he started to explain everything to me that needed to happen to fix my issues. The thing I loved the most about this experience was he didn't rush through anything. He took the the time to help me understand all of the cost's associated to each aspect of the job and time it would take to get the job done. Kenny Stevens maintained a very professional attitude with exceptional knowledge for what needed to be done in my special case. Not once did I feel pressured or as if I was being rushed into the job. He made me feel comfortable about how they guarantee their work. Now on to the two days it took for the job being done. The gentlemen that were doing the work were there while my wife and newborn baby and very curious English Bulldog we there. They did the best they could do to keep noise down. Keeping my basement clean and having to pet my curious dog at the top of the steps every time they had to come upstairs. At the end of their job they made sure to do a wonderful job of cleaning up after they were done. I'm am extremely pleased with the whole experience and if need be I will always consider them first for anything else I may need fixed in the future. |
