DMG Exteriors – Roofing Contractor in Valparaiso, Indiana

We would like to build a deck and pergola early spring 2020. We reached out to DMG Exteriors in November of 2019 hoping to get a quote and get on their schedule for an early spring build. Their representative, Larry, came out to our house, took measurements and talked to us for about an hour. He seemed like a really nice man. He asked me to send him some photos of a pergola we were considering. After more two weeks and a phone call to ask about our quote, we received a quote from him that did not make any sense and did not have the parameters we asked for. I then started talking with Damien I believe he is the owner. He said that he terminated Larry and would handle my quote himself. My last contact with him was on 12/18/19. His email states, "I have sent over the updated measurements to our supplier. As soon as he gets back to me I will update your proposal and send to you. He usually gets back to me same day. Next day worst case scenario. And yes we are absolutely interested in taking on your project." It has been almost 2 months since that email and I have never heard back from him. I guess they just don't need the business?

Extremely professional and helpful through our entire process. Damien came out after a storm took out our siding and shingles. He worked with our insurance company, State Farm, and got them to replace all of our siding and bring our house up to code. Everytime we called with a question someone was always there to answer and help us throughout the entire process. When the roof and siding were done, which was only a few days after we called to get the process started, they cleaned up thoroughly, and left our house as clean as when they started. Damien called to check with us to make sure everything went smoothly and went above and beyond what we even expected. I highly recommend going with DMG Exteriors if your looking to have your house done. I'm not getting paid to say this, but I definitely give credit when credit is due. They made my house perfect and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Thank You DMG!!!!

The work they do is nothing short of AMAZING! Their style is so unique, and the work they produce looks like something out of a Better Homes and Garden Magazine. They certainly have an eye for design and their work is quality. Dustin and his team was very professional and accommodating. I have referred them to many of my friends and family with the highest praises.
