| April D | I have used them for years and never had an issue with them but this year they really dropped the ball. I called on a Saturday to schedule my regular yearly appointment, I know it was a weekend but I expected to leave a message to get a call back. I just wanted to make sure I got my appointment set up just incase more was shut down due to the virus. Instead I was connected with a lady who asked if it was an emergency, I said no, it can wait, she then took my information and said I'd get a call back. Ok, that's fine. I waited until 9am on Monday and hadn't heard from them, so figured I'd just go into work and wait for my phone call. When I returned home by 4 and still had received no communication I called them to ask when I could set up a time. The lady that answered said they were already there but I was not. WHAT? I was never told a day or time I still need an appointment can you please set up a time? They did for the next day. When he showed up, the man said I'm sorry I forgot my equipment I'll be back in 45minutes. Um, ok... when he returns, he then starts to talk about clogged pipes...No, not what I called to schedule my appointment for...what is going on? I'm then told at the end, oh yeah I have to charge you for yesterday too. What?! I'm charged an extra 50 bucks for their lack of communication. I call in immediately and am told they'll pass the message on to their boss who will call me back tomorrow. Well it's tomorrow, so I'm sure the message has been lost in the shuffle again. Very UNHAPPY with the service I've received this time a round. I know there's a lot going on with this virus right now but come on, improve your communication and customer service. |
