Roto-Rooter – Roofing Contractor in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

If I could give no stars I would. We had water backing up in our basement last weekend and they sent one person to fix the issue. This kid was here from 6PM until 1AM. Thank god my husband and father-in-law were here because they had to help him carry his heavy equipment down the stairs. He was going to use one little bucket to empty the filthy water out of our pipes and ended up using two of our personal trash cans to fill with this disgusting water. My husband and father-in-law were the ones who carried the trash buckets outside and disposed of the water without masks or gloves mind you. He also left our sump pump battery in the water and this no longer works because of it. When he finally got the problem fixed- he left in a hurry and left a nasty mess for us to clean up. I would NOT recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone.

Very disappointed! If I could give them a 0 star I would!!! Had a service call to check for Orangeburg on a home I'm purchasing. Had to call to get the results of the service. Before I could get a copy of the report I paid for already, I had to call 3 times actually speaking to a person, leave a voicemail, email and still had to go to the company before actually getting my report. Then I find out they had charged me an extra 200 at the authorization of no one I know! When asked they said they could contact the individual. I called them to ask what they found out and was put on hold for over 10 minutes before finally giving up. I'm super disappointed!

They came out very fast, they did a great job and it was fast, very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!
