Drew X13	Called due to sewer issue and left message. Did not hear back for 2+ hours, so called again. Person was very short on phone when I explained what was going on seemed annoyed. Once they arrived, they looked into sewer situation > 7 minutes and said to call plumber, not their issue. Gave a reference name of plumber I was unable to find. Then, just said that is XX.00 plus tax, we will bill you and left. They did work on my place previous last year, same issue and was helpful then, but wish I would have called someone else this time. Would have saved me time and money.
