My husband and I got a bid from All Star Roofing owner Terry Rolfes Fall of 2014 and he deposited our check but never did any work on our roof! After calling him non-stop and he either refused to answer or hung up the phone on us, we now have to take him to court. All Star Roofing and Terry Rolfes are a scam!!!
