| Jane Duehr | This has been a nightmare of transactions with this company. The contracted laborers failed to complete our steel roof properly, which now we get bats in our roof. We called to get this remedied, only to get told Larry called his contracted workers...never got fixed and now this is our problem. The windows we went with through them are falling apart at less than 9 years. When we call to get this remedied, we have to call in to the company and take care of it. We will have to pay for all labor and this still has not been resolved. We are told this is all better dealt with by me, not once has he stood behind the products he sells. DEFINITELY never recommend this lumber company. |
