Cleary Building Corp. – Roofing Contractor in Hays, Kansas

Building is nice.... now that it is finally finished. Customer service was terrible. Was promised a price by the manager to my customer rep and when I went to sign the contract I found out my rep quit and I couldn't get the price I was offered. Had to have another rep from and hour and a half away come out to actually sign the contract. Gave them the deposit and explained the money was transferring and they put the check in this day and charges me a 75 fee because of it. Granted it rained a lot this summer however it took forever for the building to get done. They didn't give their delivery driver a fork lift, possibly too cheap to, so the driver had to park in my grass and unhook from the trailer and use forks on the back of the semi making huge ruts in my yard. When leaving the only way out was the alley. The driver ran over the neighbors gas meternot his fault he should've had a forklift. The foreman building the building was great and knowledgeable. His first crew seemed to always be on their phone and then they quit. Second crew did a great job and the building finally.... finally got done almost a month after it was promised to be done, putting my other contractors behind because they couldn't wait for Cleary to finish they had other customers. Will not use Cleary again.
